So, since the musings by first time posters about one of the defendants (out of three) supposedly being bankrupt some weeks ago, the market capitalization of the company has almost halved, and a $150 trade takes it down 20% in a day. IMO there are grounds for a criminal investigation. There are most likely also grounds for a larger litigation based on the losses incurred by holders.
All imo, dyor etc.
