forbearance to Sue seems to suggest just that . wow $500k just to delay bankruptcy! unless there are specific terms there that is not divulged as the announcement itself says (and that we are not aware of), this certainly seems to suggest that a $500k payment in installments by Hong to delay bankruptcy pending Tanzil providing a global settlement as the reason for not divulging all the terms is stated as related to the suit versus Tanzil.
