If the settlement involved cash, ,,,,,,,then this must be reported in the next quarterly (End Jan) ...... so hard to imagine why it would be kept 'secret' from shareholders now ... I agree.
Perhaps she traded half her shoe collection for ...freedom?
Looks to me like the challenge she had against the judgements 'had legs'..... and therefore,,,, no cash... instant or otherwise..... will change hands.....imo
We will know soon enough...imo.
