theres one troll here relishing the fact the court action has no result as yet, but we are seeing directly 2 actions on hong and tanzil

hong has his property held with a caveat, and imho would be facing bankruptcy proceedings at some stage. tanzil has contempt of court action being brought against him. offenses with penalties such as fines and incarceration.

for me, as much as there is an ongoing effort in singapore, the main game for me is the future direction of xstate in the oil acquisition program, something we see constantly being referred to in announcements, but we have to start this whole show up and get on with things. changing focus whilst still taking action in singapore is imho the best way to move ahead.

i expect the usual suspects will arrive shortly to spread the fake news around, but imho xstate has to move ahead despite all of that and win the battles and get on with the agenda..
