imho, and its purely on my opinion only,

"confidential agreement" to me means they drew up and signed a confidential agreement,

so in the context of your next question, "what does this even mean how can the market and shareholders not be informed more on what this " - i assume after Chloe withdrew the challenge, the terms of the agreement are confidential so cant be made public.
