The problem here is that we are not getting much information in regards to this 'investment'.

In Australia companies that get government support generally declare the amount and the deal - it is not a secret society! Hopefully we will shortly get from the company what the deal is.

I have been with this company since it was Gradipore, through to Life Therapeutics and now NuSep.

Some of the existing directors have also trodden this path.

The directors are paid well (too well for what they are not achieving) and unfortunately what I am now seeing is that the shareholder value is being reduced again.

Somehow, I would like to see shareholder strength to have the directors agree to salary cuts and then to be paid on performance.

We are already seeing 'excuses' for not achieving their plan so far.

Any comments in relation to salaries and incentives would be welcome in this forum.
