Given the worsening political, social and economical destabilization paired with South Africa's chronic energy shortages and the burdens of BBEEE regulations I doubt anyone in their right mind would invest in the country these days. The countless risks range from abitrary regulations, levies and potentially even expropriations in the energy sector to potential sanctions against the country because of the exacerbating reverse apartheid which could even end up in a civil war as some observers warn.
Regarding the trial before the SICC do we have any indication when tranche 3 would be concluded?
