It doesn't. Maybe there is now some hope MRQ is turning a corner even if there's a long way to go. IMO it's becoming a reasonable punt.

Fortunately, the mineral sands vendors are soon to be majority shareholders. If that's not shareholder/management alignment, I don't know what is.
