PIO have spent well in excess of 11 exploring those tenements that has culminated in triping over the cs ... just because that exploration has been taking place years prior or was all in the name of Li, Ni or Cs is a moot point
The only reason you have a CS mine is because of that exploration ..
And It has cost investors more than the 11 to get them to this woeful payoff .. simple
