I think your transport cost is at the high end.  Crushing cost will depend on the quantity crushed in one campaign.  For something like the 20,000 tonne recently crushed you can expect less than $20 a tonne.  The rate will reduce with the quantity crushed.  If you had a proper mining operation with permanent crushing and screening plant on site and a production of better than 200,000 tpa, you could get costs down towards $10 a tonne.
