OK, roughly speaking I think our market cap is around A$27m, with our interest free loan under A$7m we have on this morning's AUD price, a receipt value A$22.4m for our unique stockpiled pollucite caesium on today's price. Guess what, our AUD is under pressure and will definitely weaken as we move forward. As it weakens our our return rate increases every-time the Aussie drops between our payment times this year.
Our loan will be paid in full in first payment tranche and we will have a multiple return on our interest free loan in a very short time. Isn't this the best type of investing the rough road ahead by trading where a weakened AUD works for you and increases your returns? The trading gurus are searching the share portfolios looking for such opportunities hoping to find the ones to turn the bends. Duh, isn't there one here at a pittance? You know something positive - we're in the position where we still make high profits even if the AUD doesn't go down.(Not much chance if that though.).
I've said it before, the specialists are trying to get it across and DC and the board are suggesting it, where there has been swift and immediate success we should follow the trails, drill the dots following through from where the pollucite caesium material has begun already sent us on the way to being bankable. From where there are the hallmarks of a high prospective potential of possible secondary caesium strikes that we have to investigate without question whilst using our upcoming cash wisely to follow our big tenements already set up getting them fairly right for success. We are versed with Cabot and DPC subsidiaries and encouraged to do well for more caesium as we develop small teams to fine tune our finishing off drillings on Blair and of course Pioneer Dome.
I like the imagery from @manfromgw “We need to get those 14 km of rare pegmatites under the Dome explored and mined. PIO are possibly sitting on a kind of gold mine, except in this case the "gold" is silvery liquid metal. “
Yes you can spend 10-15 years to set up a gold mine but how long before you make a net profit. It's kind of good to have a secondary rare source to make very positive cash flow promptly in the meantime as the planets align. So much to finish off now and a lot of the work has been done.
This is not financial advice as such, more food for thought to work on the picture forming.
