Takeovers usually offer a premium of up to 30% of VWAP and that would be around 0.481c for DRM especially with the recent spike to 0.41c - I would take that gratefully and move on however now we are left with a merger that may or may not increase the DRM Share price that when converted with the closing price of both shares yesterday is less than what I/we all had - seems like LJ sold us out maybe was getting too hard hopefully a competing bid comes to light and gets us up to that 0.471c level all IMO .............
