    On the SLR to DRM merger deal (DRM Shareholders get .6772 SLR shares for each DRM share).
    An SLR share price of 60cents values DRM shares at (40.6cents).
    So at 37.5c DRM is trading at around a 8% discount to the SLR merger agreement........ value!
