I think the shares will move in line with Silver Lake. The Directors are backing it and unless DRM has some great drilling results then the merger will proceed at the current terms.

Merger values DRM at .352 so watch SLR.

At least the merged company will have the diversity of multiple mines and allow institutions to invest. At the moment many wont look at DRM due to the single mine. LJ has 2/3 of his 1-5-1. Hope the <$1000/oz can be achieved.
