That link you provided of ex Silverlake employees impression of Silver Lake shows many ex employees consider Silver Lake to be poorly run , interesting that the board of DRM want DRM to join SLR.

So with this merger not only are we going to end up with less profit margin due to higher AISC but also be shareholders in a company that many of the ex employees despise , makes me feel even less enthused about this merger .
