I don't see how DRM's share price can spike because we are moving in tandem with SLR, even if we have good drill results SLR's SP will move as well because any benefit will be valued within the current deal which management is supporting and endorsed.

I think management will continue to update the market why wouldn't Doray welcome a superior offer after all the shares will be worth more. It will either be this deal or a superior one.
