You are assuming the merger is implemented hopefully the shareholders of both SLR and DRM have enough common sense to send those who proposed it packing
I note in the presentation there was no mention of reducing overheads by the merger which is normally used as an inducement to shareholders that the company will be more profitable which will result in dividends
If these companies can not stand on their own and make dividend payments after all these years to shareholders its unlikely a merged entity will either .
Therefore the only people making money out of this are the employees , as much as the board have such lovely photos of themselves , and seem lovely people to meet at AGMs I do not see a merged entity that does not anticipate dividends as a good use of my sweat equity .
