Both entities have a combined issue of 954,647,660 million shares however after the merger the anticipated figure is approx 810M.
Not sure how the shares will trade until the implementation date in March 2019, the uncertainty could see Doray trade down if shareholders want to move to another gold company.
Leigh Junk has a position on the new Board.
Will DRM get another higher bid? I hope so.
