The board treat the stock like it's private.. year after year of squandared profits with no divvies.. just go over to the forum and have a read to gauge sentiment.. imo there is no stock on the ASX where the board are less aligned with the interests of the stock and shareholder value.

Its all about continuity of wages at the expense of what could be a great operation.. check out the unusually high asic around $1200 + with lots of expenses that dont check out (imo).. too much cash burn for a minor and sky high salaries.. they hold stock so can't change the board so shareholders put up with it or bail.. i bailed!
