Yes LJ is a straight shooter (not a jaw boner ) he either needs to be the chair or the MD of the new company, mind you Luke Tonkin comes across more as a Chairman , maybe a bit more street smart in a good way than LJ , with LJ more operationally inclined
However I feel both companies have directors that are probably high maintenance assets , but there has been transience in replacing them to date , be interesting to see if LJ and Tonkin have the strength of character to call a spade a liability
