No matter how many times one reads to 'joint presentation' , I can't see the value in DRM other than it's less bad than other sad prospects.
The 'great potential' allured to is just hype without drill results. "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence" ... Show me the money!
Unless this evidence is forthcoming, and the deal is endorsed by reputable analysts and institutional support, SLR shareholders should vote against this BOD and this deal.
RED5 latest announcement on the extraordinary potential being unearthed at the KOTH mine (which, until now was the lesser part of the "Darlot plant' ore sources) may result in a new multi million oz open cut mine at KOTH (supporting a new gold plant).
This would catapult RED5 resources and output above the 'new SLR' and trounce its EV / resource oz's comparison. Meanwhile, RED's Siana plant and its JORC proven 500,000 oz reserve UG mine is being accorded zero value by analysts and the market.
The only hope for long suffering SLR shareholders, is a bid for SLR to gain its $120m cash and $430m tax losses (FFS).
