Hi Swifty, I have some sympathy for your argument. However I am totally puzzled by what some people must have been thinking. First I would say that all up Capex of $25M +/_ for each of the 3 plants is less than I expected. Anyone who thought that there would not be a significant process for obtaining EIS (Environmental Impact Statement ) data and going through approvals has failed to understand the requirements. Try to run such an approval process in NSW and see how long it takes you. Anyone looking for instant gratification should stay well away from any Australian greenfield resource projects regardless of the commodity. I assume there will be a CR in the coming time nut the extent will depend upon development strategy. For example our BoD need to decide whether to build the plant's sequentially or in tandem etc. Sequential may make some sense by giving a construction contractor a longer period of work for a smaller crew moving from one plant to the next but getting a better price for both continuity and minimising mobilisation and demobilisation costs for the contractor. This would allow for the off-site fabrication engineering to be more continuous and streamline purchasing contracts , consequentially minimising costs as well.

Lets not continue to get carried away but also lets through out all this rubbish about getting desperate. Of course these are just my own thoughts.
