same regulatory delays as NSW. Gives them time for the technical aspects and thus a smoother launch.
"The parties are now working to finalise a binding long-form agreement. Two Way has already commenced work on the technical deployment of the service. Subject to regulatory approval, it is expected that the service will launch in Queensland and South Australia in the next few months."
