I would have thought that IGS entering into a Formal Share Sale Agreement would have been a "material event" warranting that it be reported to SH, well 23/01/2015 has come and gone but no notice to SH - very poor !!
Despatch of Notice of General Meeting 02/02/2015 and its now 06/02/2015 and i am a SH but have not received anything, its a Perth based company and it doesnt take Australia Post 4 days to deliver mail in Perth - I havent received anything !!
I will VOTE "NO, NO, NO, NO to the transaction and if it goes ahead i will simply dump my shares and move on !!
Time to come clean Directors - this is all looking rather "dodgy" !! Not impressed.
