re: Ann: Significant progress and project on ... The only options are the 25cent options attached to the IPO shares, so the directors would have bought shares in the IPO to own these.
They can only be exercised in the event that the plant upgrade and Phase I to a total of 20K tpa is NOT met by the end of December, so hopefully they become worthless.
