A bit concerned with the option issue to the 2 working directors with an exercise price of 45 cents. They are already paid big bucks for a start up. The reason given was to provide incentive to align there interests with shareholders. But they are already the 2 biggest shareholders. That would seem incentive enough. Plus they would have paid next to nix for their existing shares. Looks like greed setting in from the top. This is the first negative to come up with this stock and its come from management. I could be wrong but not a good look !
