Started reading up on this as a result of having SFX on a watch list and bought my first parcel today.
I think many of the posts here are right - this thing seems to be slipping well under the radar.
Very good capital structure + dollars in the bank + some good tenements. Tough to find a gap.
Let's see where it goes.
