They think that $40M is enough in the bank to start mining, IMO it is nothing like that. Bankable Feasibility is likely to cost $20M-$30M and then mining. IMO a capital raise is on the cards within the next 12 months. This company may well be on the verge of becoming a producer and that typically spells the end of the exploration speculation. That is my explanation for why the SP is not performing. The informed punters will now be waiting for the move to production and the associated raisings that will be imminent. A good comparison would be Regis Resources that I held for years, it went to hell and back on the back of funding its BFS and then starting production.
