That's the gauntlet all mid-cap hopefuls have to run... generally not successfully just by looking at the number of $500 to $2b mining companies listed on the ASX.

We just have to hope that as shareholders we get some of the value accretion from a takeover premium rather than offloading to a vulture fund. IMO, with base and precious metals being the place to invest in Australia, and hopefully a combined QE3/China/EU inflation program we'll get some uplift which will translate quickly into current and soon to be miners.. Ah well, if it was low risk, we'd expect low returns - I'm not, hence I'm here.
