A board spill would do no good. NMDC control the majority of shares and even if you could get 5% to vote with you and spill the board, you still need to put forward a new team and NMDC would vote against any one that was put forward and would just line the board with their own faces from NMDC
Status quo will not change, apart from new faces on the board, that NMDC would have put forward
