I think it will be better if we work under corporation act and gather more than 5% shareholders to oust current board who are not interested to increase shareholder value. 5%+ shareholders can put board spill forward to my knowledge.
That means we need enough shareholders to total 75million shares to do a board spill motion.
We can create participant shareholder group to which i will send the ASIC investigating confirmation letter.
@BrayWyatt - ASIC did confirm investigation in September 16 letter.
