ASIC don't comment on whether they are investigating or not so there is nothing for the company to announce unless ASIC does investigate and there is some public action taken and notification required. The regulation at this end of the market is pretty poor and ASIC is a toothless tiger in most instances.
Can you check with HC that it is OK to repost your letter?
