I didn't see the moderated posts but asic will confirm receipt of a complaint but will never confirm if they are investigating or not unless they decide to make their findings public. Anyone can complain and remain anonymous, the more complaints they get about a company, the more likely they are to investigate but they generally do very little, if anything, at this end of town. You can also complain to the asx if any listing rules have been broken as they generally only review announcements if a complaint is received.
