re: Ann: OUM: Short-Term Funding Secured to Q... Hi bikenut, I understood the agreement to mean that the loan was had recourse over the plant. So that if QOL can't pay up, the plant would be sold and OUM would take what they are owed from that. If they can only sell the plant for $100k then OUM have no recourse over the rest of QOLs assets. If they sell the plant for $10 million then, QOL gets whatever is left after OUM are paid. Not sure how much was paid for the leases... I came into QOL late in the game.
