I can see your point, but there would have been additional costs involved on the road shows etc. Also, when the different parties got wind of not being the only player they may have been less interested in developing the Note issue.

We don't know what the pain points are in the negotiating of the Note. We don't know how far VRC are along in negotiations with others. They certainly were investigating other options back in October / November when I asked them about concerns of the TZ option not coming to fruition.
