I don't think the issue is compliant as the 1000 shares are being issued at twice the price they last traded for on market. Surely this kind of diversionary behaviour is against the rules. Who's running their compliance , have they still got the same guy who issued the original shares incorrectly ? because this attempt to fix that doesn't look much more competent . Crikeys ASIC - where is your supervision ?
