It's to meet corporations act compliance in order to recomence trading. Im tempted to apply for the $10 by issuing a cheque mainly for the gags and to write please don't * up again on the reverse side.
The December closure date falls ironically close to the Corporate board governance yearly review. I hope this is not the date at which trading starts again. Should be soon as someone buys the $10 plus a few paperwork days.
