Sorry vogliobene I wasn't trying to implying that the oil was flowing at the moment. I was trying to say if there are moveable hydrocarbons at commercial quantities then the pipeline isn't far away, and it can be sold to market very quickly which bodes well for a new company making cash flow and profit.
