Emergo would be guiding them closely on their FDA submission and would not have pulled the trigger unless they were happy with the submission.
I think we need to be patient here on the US. Depending on what questions come back this could take anywhere from 3 -9 months on a Class II medical device. But in the meantime i have my eye on sales in Europe and Australia.
