I meant the Thunderbird zircon sand grade has increased from 0.6% to 0.9%. In addition to that, they have their own strategic asset called McCall. Doesn't matter how I run my valuation, SFX is significantly undervalued. If BSE can value at nearly 300mil and probably will have a 100% upside. Then, I'm very comfortable with SFX current price as the Thunderbird project is tremendously bigger. Any company that offers SFX less than 600 mil will not get approved.
