The concern is that Ben Wyatt couldn't get them across the line, so what do they really want? I don't think this is about the money, someone has seriously pissed someone else off.
I'm wondering if the decision goes against the NT group (which many think and hope it will), will they accept it? will they take further recourse?
I'd hate to think if they won the judgement.
