More as I said before that is if the shares are valued at .09 post consolidation based on today's SP. 45 x .002 is .09 but as I have said they are going to do a cr post consolidation @ .05 so I can not see the shares being .09.

Now if holders take up the CR offer then for every 2 post consolidation shares they take they will get one free option, these options should be listed so can be traded so if holders do get free options they could sell then the return less capital gains and brokers fee is profit
