tronbirk, As thinks stand there will be a 45 to 1 consolidation of shares, a cr which looks like to be opened to others as well as holders to raise between 3m to 8m dollars @ 0.05.

140m shares post consolidation will be issued to Shareroot, then something like another 120m shares issued as performance shares which will be subject to escrow conditions

How ever all this is just speculation based on announcements and yet to be confirmed
