I was not particularly happy with how much MOO was giving away in stock and performance options, however these guys at ShareRoot really seem to be doing a top job.
Does anyone know how the cap raise will work? Is it just for shareholders? Will it be proportionate to stock held like a rights issue?
Once the cap raising is completed this will start its incremental rise.
