The bottom line is this;shares in the ipo are 5 c with an attached option 1 for 2 exercise price 5 c.As far as existing shareholders in moo ,shares will be consolidated at 45 to 1.That means if you buy moo at 0.2c,they will be valued at 9 c after listing.Where is any confusion here?Where is the manipulation?People who buy now are banking on an 80% stag on listing.
