CPO have indicated they are in the late stages of securing the funds they need to complete the acquisition, as well as to proceed with the Company’s JV previously announced.
The Company looks forward to providing further clarity and detail on these transactions and other matters over the coming weeks, once binding documents have been executed. It is expected, at this stage, that the sale to Black Swan would close within the next two to three weeks and further details of the terms will be available then.

So its been a few weeks now, not unreasonable for an update on CPO
