You would hope that eventually it would. I have been watching this for awhile and finally starting buying a few weeks ago in the high 1.40's and grabbed another parcel at 1.52/1.53 just before the latest NTA notice.
I am quite happy to hold long term. In the end the discount was too great to ignore and it fits with my mantra of buying at a steep discount. I think it being illiquid is the main reason for the discount.
