The question is at what SP would they sell, indeed will they sell?? Say SP catches up with Gold (ignoring U308) ,SP hits 65c. What then. I reckon if it goes up anything over 10% watchout. That would be my intial get up and go. However GDO would still remain a very gtood LT investment if you stop iugnoring U308. Thats the wild card.
The Chinese want Uranium so bad I can feel it.
They are trying TO in Africa all over the place.
In 5yrs uranium will be in shortfall seriously. Even the Japanese realize that nuclear is a pragmatic solution ..the alternatives just dont cut it. Coal, LPG, windpower, solar. The Germans are being told by Industry to wise up. The Russians are going to squeeze the gas supply to middle Europe at end of 2013 (I think this is right)
India ,China are going gang busters re nuclear.
Base load power will increase to a degree such that every year the world will need to double its "alternative sources" just to make up for the increase let alone the base load.
This is the serious joke with major economies.
Then you have the cost .REEs are expensive and in short supply for wind/solar...
Hence nuclear remains ..well absolute if you dont like CO2.
And GDO went and bought U308(Rand) with the Chinese breathing down their necks. How expedient was that???
