Spot on post Elz but in regards to the insto's, their continued support of the company can disappear instantly with the lodgement of the acceptance form can it not? My point is that unlike on market selling of shares which will give some idea as to what these guys think of the stock (i.e a massive selloff of stock by into's would depress the price) they could instantly liquidate and we'd be non the wiser.....
