Looks like a safe long term proposition with plenty of room for growth via acquisitions. Looks like the financial model is very sound with reliable revenue streams via existing monitoring etc. If they can grow the monitoring side that's just money for jam.. say based on $1 per day per client + all the other add on's with security systems, CCTV, guards etc etc.

I don't think the SP will go bananas but I reckon long term it will creep up nicely. Still very attractive at 2c post restructure.
